Climate change is not a new concept, most people have heard about it however, everyone has felt the impact of climate change. At first climate change seemed like a western problem due to the high carbon emissions of fossil burning from their respective countries. Climate change is now a global problem, from the rising sea levels, intense drought and melting glaciers. these dangerous weather events are becoming more frequent and thus causing a lot of human rights violations. Thankfully in Kenya the voices for climate action through the Legal Resources Foundation are now ensuring that the victims of climate and environment injustices can now access justice through the environment and lands court by providing legal aid trainings to the members of the community and those in governance.
